A word is dead
When it is said,
Some say.
I say it just begins
to live that day.
–Emily Dickinson

For those who aren’t familiar, you might be interested to learn it’s rare to witness me serious. An exception to the rule is made for you, my reader. The level of fulfillment gained from what I write is of the utmost importance. Without a happy audience– I should just turn on the shredder.

This letter contains my heart-felt wishes for your reading experience.

Dear Lover of Books,

Through my novels and short stories, I hope you reach euphoric heights, gut wrenching depths, and get to explore places you’ve never been- but now want to stay. Once acquainted with my characters, I hope memory of them evokes a nostalgia for their presence, a tear for their loss and a laugh for their blunders.

Ultimately, I hope my novels are among those you find respite- more than once,  and that they embody people, places, and things you’re eager to share with other book lovers.
